About Key-Joint

Shanghai Key-Joint Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010. We make scale-accurate factice perfume bottle models, giant cosmetic replicas and display props for cosmetics and fragrance companies — and for the studios, advertising, event and exhibition companies that serve them.

The idea behind the company has not changed since day one: a brand's best-known bottle should be able to stand three metres tall and still look exactly like itself. That is the work we do — turning a design file or a physical bottle into a museum-grade display piece, one project at a time.

Who we are

Key-Joint is a compact, senior team of engineers, 3D modellers, finishing craftsmen and export staff who grew out of the exhibition and display industry. R&D and a stable supplier network let us choose the right process per project — acrylic, fibreglass, resin, wood or metal — instead of forcing every job through one production line.

Years of import/export experience with long-term freight partners keep customs clearance and international delivery predictable, including oversized crated pieces. Most projects ship to North America, the Middle East, Europe and Australia.

What we are good at

Deep customisation, not catalogue picking. Most of our work starts with a file or a physical sample and ends with a piece that has never been made before — an oversized replica of a perfume flacon, a giant cosmetic tube for a launch, a counter unit built around one product.

Inside the workshop

Prototyping, mould making, printing, casting and finishing are handled at our Shanghai workshop, so drawings and samples can be turned around quickly and quality is controlled at every step — not inspected once at the end.

Finishing, colour matching & QC

After casting, every piece moves through hand-finishing — sanding, filling and smoothing until the surface matches the approved sample. Our finishing team matches colour and texture to your reference (gloss, matte, metallic or textured) before assembly, final inspection and export-standard packing.

You receive QC photos before anything leaves the workshop. Confidentiality applies to the whole chain: project files, designs, photography and client identities stay under NDA.

How we work

Over a decade of custom projects

Founded in 2010, with company registration documents available on request.

Project-based, not order-based

One engineer follows your job from drawing to crate, so context is never lost in handovers.

Small orders welcome

Minimum order from 1 piece. A single display piece is a normal job, not a favour.

Confidential by default

We do not publish client names, brand logos or unmodified brand assets. NDAs are standard.

Global freight experience

Most projects ship to North America, the Middle East, Europe and Australia, including oversized crated display pieces.

Straight answers on feasibility

If a finish or a deadline is not realistic, we say so before you commit, not after.

Who we serve

  • Independent & growing fragrance houses
  • Cosmetics brands
  • Creative & design studios
  • Advertising agencies
  • Event & activation agencies
  • Exhibition & booth builders

What we don't do

We do not reproduce another company's branded packaging without authorisation, and we do not show client work publicly. If that makes our portfolio look shorter than it is — that is the trade we have chosen. Ask us for references or a video call instead; we are happy to walk you through capability without breaching anyone's confidence.

Planning a launch and want to see how a display piece is actually built before you commit? Ask us for a video walkthrough of the workshop — or, if you are in Shanghai, we can arrange a visit.
